You have to complete all four of the wrestler’s matches to unlock that one of five NXT characters at a time in the main game
In the “Who Got NXT” mode (exclusive on Xbox 360 & PS3) with five NXT superstars like Sami Zayn, each superstar is given a chapter of four matches. Check below for a full list of the secret characters*. You will unlock 18 more playable characters as you play through the game. You can unlock more by taking certain steps, as explained below. How to unlock additional characters?: As you can tell, when you start the game not all characters are available to choose from in the 72+ roster.
